I first hired Z&H plumbing in 2023 for a water heater replacement. Through the quick text responses and follow through of an employee arriving at said time, I knew that Z&H plumbing would be a company I would hire for future jobs. We’ve been customers for 8 years across 2 houses. Zorro has helped us with all sorts of things: fixed water heater multiple times, installed a sump pump, unclogged many clogs, fixed our garbage disposal, installed toilets, washer / dryer, etc. etc. I can’t even remember everything they did for us. Zohrab came to our house on short notice and quickly resolved a problem which was not easy to diagnose. He also made some improvements to our tankless water heater which gets hot water into the fixtures more quickly. I highly recommend Zorro & his team at Z&H Plumbing. We first hired Zorro to install a tankless water heater during the covid pandemic in 2020 (when a different business/plumber's install failed). Zorro came to our rescue. Great communication, top notch professionals & we're very happy with the attention to detail and high quality work that Zorro himself along with his team did. Z & H has become our first call for plumbing needs. We also hired his team to fix an outdoor plumbing leak with our water hose. Zorro was not present for this job due to his team being able to handle this smaller job. But he communicated with his team during the work and we were very happy & satisfied with the job done. They fixed it! And most recently here in December 2025, we needed to relocate our Gas meter. It was under the house blocking our crawl space access. Decades ago, the previous house owner must have moved it there for reasons unknown and it became problematic for us if we needed access under the house. I had to coordinate with SoCal Gas Co. and Zorro to assess the job, give estimates and schedule. Zorro and I did a facetime with SoCal Gas Co to confirm everyone was on the same page with what the job entailed. Zorro would need to remove the Gas Meter and re-pipe the earthquake valve with new components first and then the gas company would re-connect the Gas Meter with new pipe connections. Then SoCal gas Co would test that there were no gas leaks and complete the job. The Friday before, Zorro was VERY helpful with penciling in the job tentatively in his calendar to work on Wednesday early morning - but we needed to wait to get confirmation from the gas company on Monday that they could complete the job that Wednesday. We did not get confirmation from the gas company until Tuesday, (the day before the job!). Zorro was able to confirm the job for us with that last minute notice from the gas company also on Tuesday. Zorro took the time to explain to me how the gas meter was relocated and how the earthquake valve works. He's an excellent plumber and very friendly to work with. SoCal Gas Co also has very helpful and friendly employees. Z&H plumbing has my confidence and they are my Go-To for our plumbing needs. He's not cheap but his prices are reasonable because you get the high quality you are paying for and the job is done correctly. The water hose leak fix cost less since it was a smaller job. His prices are reasonable and fair for the work that is being done. He includes the cost of the new parts needed (that he purchases) within your original price estimate bid. Hire Zorro and his team at Z&H plumbing you will be happy you did. 5 stars!! All the stars! ~ VROOM G
